Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing over USD $100.
Pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunitions, toy guns. Items resembling a bomb, hand grenade or other explosive device. Radar detectors, camouflage, money, lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by law. Live animals including insects, unprocessed meats, human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains.
No card? That's okay. We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
Although our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have a machine that securely collects your packages. Any packages delivered during this time will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.
Customers have 14 days from when their packages are ready for pickup to collect them. After that, a fee of JMD $50 will be charged daily until collected. If a package isn’t collected within 31 days, it will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned packages to recover storage and handling costs. Once a package is deemed abandoned and sold or disposed of, no refunds or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
